The movie presented the story of a young boy named Kevin McCallister that accidentally left at home while the other family member goes to Europe. At the first, it was nice because he loves at home by himself. Unfortunately, it turns out terrible because the thieves are targeting his house.
Only by himself, the smartest Kevin tried to stop them by making some traps which actually caused the thieves in trouble. The comedy part is where the thieves mostly get tricked by Kevin’s job.
It is such a perfect movie that kids would enjoy but still suit for parents as well. The Home Alone series also provide a great sequel to watch at the end of the year. Home Alone 2 presented the story of Kevin who met the previous thieves from Home Alone while lost in New York. The 3rd sequel is the journey of Alex beating the international spies who seek the computer chips in his toy car.
Each classic scene gives you old vibes of Christmas celebrations that are quite related from now on. Comedy and heart-warming scenes are created beautifully. Somehow this movie brings back childhood memories for some people, especially at Christmas.
