If you also want to celebrate Halloween fun with friends at home, check out some of my ideas for preparing special Halloween decorations without spending a fortune.
Graves in the yard – Add some large pebbles to make it look like a path to the grave headstone. These simple decorations can make a home page creepy. You can make it from used cardboard which is painted in the color of the grave headstone, which is dark gray. Add some large pebbles to make it look like a path to the grave headstone.
Giant spider – You can make some spooky spiders and put them on the front porch or hang them in a tree. A spider would definitely fit perfectly into any Halloween theme at home. Make your own from some large black trash plastic, filling it with materials like newspaper or leaves. Make 8 pieces for the legs and 1 bigger size for the body of the spider. Use hot-glue so that it sticks firmly. For the eye of the spider, cut out a plastic glass base. You can make some fruit and put them on the front porch or hang them in a tree.
Ghost trick or treat sign – Make a white sheet ghost made from a white unused bedsheet, holding Halloween trick or treat sign and hang it outside your front door to make the illusion of it flying, as a spooky greeter for trick or treater!
There are creative ways that you can try to add a spooky feel during Halloween celebrations without the need to replace the entire home decor and just for your bedroom. Just by making or adding some homemade ornaments, it turns out that you can create Halloween decorations at home. All it takes is creativity in combining various elements and processing existing items.
Zombie ornament – You don't need to dress up like a zombie with a mouth full of blood and torn clothes, but you can decorate a bedroom wall or window with hangers or create your own zombie pictures. As a suggestion, try placing this zombie decoration in front of the window of your room or house.
Skull decoration – Skulls are the most common decoration at Halloween parties. You can get a variety of skull decorations. Place the skull in front of the bedroom door, and let the spooky imagination play the mind of whoever sees it.
