An original piece of a famous artist's work of art is expensive. A lithograph print is more affordable, but it still carries a tag of exclusivity, quality and value, as there will almost definitely not be many copies. It is not a reproduction and higher prices for the original lithograph are potentially required.
PNG images are ideal for web graphics, particularly logos, illustrations, and graphs. PNG is also a top choice if images are edited and saved multiple times. PDF images are ideal for printing, particularly for graphic design, posters, and flyers.
A digital download in the form of art, graphic designs, and even text is a printable one. You can download and print them from your own computer from a website. Cards, art prints, clip art, digital stamps, calendars, stickers, and entire art projects are some examples of printable items.

When you don't have access to a local printer, FedEx-Kinkos is probably a pretty good bet. It is also just about $0.10 per page to print [black & white] on your own paper! Most office supply stores (Office Depot, Staples) sell certain quantities of paper, including coloured cardstock.
A signature is usually simply the name of somebody written in a stylized fashion. That is not really necessary, however. It is considered a valid signature as long as it adequately records the intent of the parties involved in a contractual agreement. Usually, but not necessarily, a pen makes this mark.
Red, magenta and yellow inks are used to make them, as magenta absorbs green light and yellow absorbs blue light, which reflects only red light back to our eyes. You will probably understand the basic mechanism of color printing if you've ever used different colors of paint on a palette.
The format can easily handle high resolution photos thanks to PNGs' high color depth. Since it is a lossless web format, however, file sizes tend to get very big. For the screen, PNG graphics are optimized. You could definitely print a PNG, but with a JPEG (lossy) or a TIFF file, you'd be better off.
