Full color is a term that implies that the combination of four primary colors (Cyan , Magenta , yellow and black) achieves inidivdual colors and is sometimes referred to as CMYK or full color process. If you have the original source file from which the PDF was created, re-create the PDF. Open the file in the original program (like a word processor or a program for page layout). Select File > Print, then choose the option to save a PDF file. Please open the new PDF file and try printing it again.
Inks used in industrial printing affect the atmosphere in different ways. During printing, vent fumes are fumes released into the atmosphere by the inks. When inhaled, these fumes can be harmful. After they are discarded, other inks create issues.
