If you have the original source file from which the PDF was created, re-create the PDF. Open the file in the original program (like a word processor or a program for page layout). Select File > Print, then choose the option to save a PDF file. Please open the new PDF file and try printing it again.

Both programmes are great in their own ways. Canva is designed for a crowd of non-designers, while Photoshop is a professional level program that can be used for simple graphics design with some cool features. If you're a complete newbie, Canva with no design skills would probably be a better option for you.
DTG Printing is also the best option if you are looking to print just a few (1-5) t-shirts, since it is as easy as loading a blank shirt into the DTG Printing machine and printing directly on it, while screen printing requires you to print your t-shirt through a multi-step, back-breaking process.
Many people use Canva's pre-made logo layouts and elements, so if you don't modify the design and elements heavily, your logo will not be exclusive to you. It is impossible to trademark non-exclusive logos. To create your logo, you're also welcome to use your own elements that you upload to Canva.
For web graphics, especially logos, illustrations, and graphs, PNG images are ideal. If images are edited and saved multiple times, PNG is also a top choice. For printing, PDF images are ideal, particularly for graphic design, posters, and flyers.
